“I am very excited to get started in the role. Richmond Hockey Club has huge scope and the junior section has a fantastic base to build upon, thanks to Taj’s efforts in recent years. The passion I got from the committee members really resonated with me and I knew this was the next step in my hockey journey. The work has already started for next season and I can’t wait to communicate the positive changes we will be making.”

Mike Rose – Richmond HC Club Chairman

“I have been involved in the junior section at Richmond since 2007 and watched it grow from strength to strength. We now have almost 500 youngsters enjoying our wonderful sport every week. It’s time to take their talent and enthusiasm and that of their parents and our dedicated group of coaches and helpers to the next stage in our development. Thanks to Taj for his energy and vision over the past few years as we welcome Royce Waters to the role of Director of Junior Hockey. We are enormously excited to have a leader of Royce’s calibre and experience join the club and are looking forward to what the future holds for our juniors under his guidance.
