Children wanting to get involved with RHC Juniors should contact  Lucy Munro. 

Our members are expected to bring shin pads, mouth guards, (they will be unable to train without these) water and a waterproof jacket to training. 

We have some spare sticks to lend and parents are very welcome to stay and watch.
