Richmond U9s got into festive fancy dress for the last training session of the term.
The final session before the Christmas break was a fun filled end to a busy term for the girls. Of the 60 players in the squad some have only recently picked up a stick for the first time, whilst for others the Indian dribble and slap hit have long been mastered! Under the watchful eye of Richmond’s team of enthusiastic coaches the girls have been busy developing their skills and putting them into practise against local rivals Wimbledon and Surbiton.
With the cold weather finally setting in players, coaches and parents alike are looking forward to spending Sunday mornings training indoors for the first half of next term.
