For those of you that may not keep a close eye on the Jobs Section of the England Hockey website you may not have noticed that we are currently advertising for a vacancy at Richmond HC - namely that of Director of Junior Hockey.
After 6 years at the helm Royce is moving back to Essex later in the Summer to be closer to family and so we have to part ways - everyone at Richmond will be aware that Royce has made a simply huge contribution to our Club and has moved the dial in terms of where we are both in terms of the Junior Section where we are now competing on a National level and also more recently with his role of Director of Hockey.
In the true spirit of a McKinsey doctrine Royce leaves RHC in a far stronger position than when he arrived and our door is always open for Royce in the future.
Royce is very actively involved in our recruitment process as we focus in the first instance on our Junior Section - hence we are advertising for that position as a priority The link to our Job Advert is below.
